However, couples counseling is not a place to pick a side and point fingers at the other person. The main goal is to listen to each other and understand your partner’s point of view, so couples can figure out how to build their relationship together.

In my sessions, I strive to make each individual feel important and to listen to both sides. I stay neutral in my approach and help each partner to share their feelings in an open and honest way.
